Yes

It's MAPI compliant. To get it working, just set Lotus Notes as your default mail client in Windows.

eg. In Windows Vista/7
Go to Control Panel...
Default Programs...
Set Program Access and Computer Defaults...
Expand the Custom section and choose a default e-mail program
